What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your initial appointment includes:
- A comprehensive examination, including full mouth periodontal charting, photographs of your teeth, and a full review of your health history
- Advanced imaging with a 3-dimensional CBCT scan for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning unique to you
After this assessment, your doctor will explain the findings, review all available treatment options, and answer any questions you may have. Our team will take the time to ensure you fully understand your diagnosis and care plan.
Coordinated Care
After your visit, our doctors will communicate directly with your referring dentist to ensure seamless coordination and continuity in your treatment.
Before Your Appointment
- To help us serve you efficiently, please complete your online registration forms before arrival
- Bring a list of current medications, including dosages
- Bring your dental insurance card (If applicable)
- Prior to your first visit, our team will contact your dentist to obtain all relevant x-rays and documentation obtained in their office
- Even if your dentist has shared x-rays with us, we will still obtain a CBCT scan at our office for the most accurate evaluation and diagnosis
