How We Handle the Financial Side

Specialty care should not come with financial surprises. We take time to review your case, share a written estimate, and explain what may be covered by insurance before any treatment is scheduled.

Insurance

We are happy to submit claims on your behalf and coordinate with your dental plan whenever possible. Coverage varies plan by plan, so we verify your specific benefits ahead of time and share what we find with you in plain terms.

Even if your plan does not cover periodontal care, or if we are not in-network with your plan, most patients still receive some benefit or reimbursement. We will submit the claim and help you understand what to expect.

Estimates and payment

• Written treatment estimates before scheduling
• Major credit cards, checks, and cash accepted
• Third-party financing available through CareCredit
• Payment expected at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

Questions before treatment

If timing, benefits, or payment options are on your mind, tell us. We would rather answer questions ahead of time than have anything unclear once you are in treatment. Call the office or send a message and our team will walk through the details with you.
